Mark’s career trajectory also includes roles within Motorola, where he contributed to Test Systems and Field Engineering teams. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mark is deeply committed to serving as a board member for Warriors4Wireless, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering military veterans by facilitating rewarding career opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
Mark’s expertise, leadership, and dedication to bridging the gap between veterans and telecommunications careers exemplify his impact within the industry and the community.
Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Recruiting, where he led the establishment of a top-tier recruitment and sales team, catering to global telecom/networking clients. Jonathan’s ethos centers on fostering robust industry relationships to deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.
Beyond work, he finds solace in tending to his garden, caring for his chickens and ducks, and embarking on adventures with his family.
Before joining us, he was the CEO of SWI, responsible for their global operations spread across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to that, Rashid spent 20+ years at LCC International (Now Tech Mahindra), where he held various senior executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific, where he had end-to-end P&L responsibility for operations spread across ten countries, Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations and Vice President of Engineering services for the Americas region. Earlier in his career, he also held positions at AT&T and Walmart Stores Inc.
Rashid is passionate about embracing diversity and cross-cultural awareness in today’s global marketplace. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the College of International Studies at his alma mater, The University of Oklahoma (OU). He is also a big Sooners football fan who loves traveling and exploring new countries and cultures.
Before joining us in 2015, Liz was North America Senior Vice President of Sales for Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International), overseeing sales and business growth in government, enterprise, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Liz was the Senior Vice President of the Americas for Xceed Technologies, managing sales for network optimization and rules-based network performance management solutions. Liz held other key sales positions at LCC International and Cable and Wireless.
She holds a BA degree in Marketing from Radford University.
Liz can be found in her spare time boating and giving back to her community, where she serves on several non-profit boards.
Julie is the Vice President of People Operations, leading the Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Operations Support teams. With over 20 years of staffing experience and 16 years focused on the wireless industry, Julie has a strong background in setting, leading, and executing people and communication strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. At the same time, she fosters an inclusive, dynamic culture and diverse workplace, focused on learning, coaching, and empowering all employees to contribute to their full potential. Prior to joining NG|GTA, Julie was the head of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Bergelectric, developing and leading organizational strategies to achieve the organization’s key talent objectives. Before Bergelectric, Julie was a member of the senior leadership team at Kineticom, where she led the Talent Care, Marketing, and IT teams and worked closely with the head of HR.
Outside of work, Julie, her husband, and two little boys love to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Before joining us, Dexter was Vice President, Engineering Services, North America for SWI, with responsibilities for business operations and engineering services delivery. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Global Business Operations, Network Services for LCC International, with a multitude of business operations responsibilities.
Dexter holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Management from George Washington University. Outside of work, Dexter has a keen interest in travel, food, and wine and enjoys the challenge of expanding his advanced wine studies beyond his current level 2 sommelier certification.
Additionally, Mike is heavily involved in youth athletics in his community, coaching and volunteering with baseball, basketball, and soccer leagues
Michael is the Vice President of Deployment Services and is responsible for managing network design and implementation programs. With his 20+ year career, Michael has observed and participated in the evolution of the mobile wireless industry, particularly in transport technologies and network delivery. He has designed large-scale transport architectures, optimized existing infrastructures, managed many large design and implementation teams for backhaul and RAN deployments, evaluated new wireless technologies, created meticulous financial models, and consulted many network operators in developing business strategies and build plans.
Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer and received his MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Before joining us in 2019, Michael held various Solutions Management and Functional Lead roles for Tech Mahindra, LCC International, and WFI. When not working, he enjoys salvaging and repurposing junk and listening to live country music.
Irene is Vice President of Client Services, responsible for key customer relationships in order to better deliver opportunity, value, and results. Irene brings a unique mix of marketing, sales, and staffing experience to her role and has a proven track record of client success, business results, and growth.
Irene is passionate about DE&I and continuous learning; she is an active member of our Inclusion & Diversity team, leads and founded the Kelly Telecom Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG), and developed, implemented, and currently manages the Kelly Telecom Mentorship Program.
Irene holds a degree from UC Berkeley and serves on the board of a non-profit organization that provides services to children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You’re equally likely to find her out dancing or curled up with a good book in her spare time.
Before joining us in 2018, Nikhil worked at Tech Mahindra (formerly LCC International) as North America Delivery Head for Access Network, where he was responsible for Access network P&L, and account development, strategy planning, and execution of high sensitivity engagements. Prior to LCC, Nikhil worked in India with various organizations holding engineering, R&D, and management positions in the telecom and technology sector.
Nikhil earned his Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Marathwada University, India, followed by Post-Graduation in Operations Management from Symbiosis Pune, India.
Nikhil resides in Virginia with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Nikhil loves to reflect on life through his blogs, articles, and poems.
Before joining us 2022, Henrik served as Vice President of sales North America for leading solution providers delivering Network Testing, Radio Engineering, and Service Assurance solution to CSPs and MNO globally. Henrik started his carrier with Ericsson as part of the global expertise center, where he played a crucial role in rolling out evolving communication technologies across the globe. In the early 2000’s Henrik migrated to the USA from Sweden to help launch a GSM network in the Washington, DC area.
Henrik holds a BS degree in Engineering and Business Management. He’s an avid hiker and enjoys the outdoors, culinary experiences, and traveling.
Darren currently lives in southern CA and has two sons, Tyler 18 and Wyatt 16, fiancée Lilly, and Luna – a 4-year-old yellow Lab. When not at work, Darren loves to fish (freshwater, especially in Tennessee), travel, workout with his sons, watch live music, and grill out.
